Nok and your AI assistant

The Nok MCP connects an AI assistant to Nok, so your team can ask questions about your returns and inventory in plain language instead of building a report first.

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It’s an open standard that lets AI assistants work with other software.

What you could ask

• Which returns came in this week, and how did they grade?
• Where is this unit, and what has happened to it so far?
• How do this month’s receiving numbers compare with last month’s?

How it’s designed

• Your company’s data only. An assistant connected to your account sees your company’s data and nothing else.
• Read only. It can look things up and analyze them. It can’t change anything in Nok.
• Controlled by your team. Your company’s admins choose who can use it.

Availability

The Nok MCP isn’t open to company accounts yet. Connection instructions will appear here when it is. In the meantime, your Nok contact can answer questions about it.
